RT is an add-on program that runs alongside esignal... not
instead of it.
Obviously
it helps to have a serious amount of screen space - this screenshot
is crammed into 800 x 600 and it doesn't do it justice..
With
Pfscan RT You can run 20 'slots' of P&F information at
a time, plus your normal eSignal display, subject to the ticker
limits of your esignal account
A P&F 'slot' is any combination of a ticker (Epic, to
UK users), a timeframe (from 1 minute to 1 hour per bar of
data), a boxsize (user selectable), a reversal count (1 -
7 boxes) and a chart type (fixed boxsizes or percentage based
chart)... you select most of these from clickable option buttons
and dropdowns, allowing you to experiment with setups
Continuously: For all 20 tickers the program collects data,
compiles the charts (in memory), and looks to see if there
is a buy or sell pattern showing. It provides a visual alert
-'Double Top', 'Bear Catapult' and so forth - it also warns
if the price hits a support or resistance trendline
Charting:
In addition to your esignal charting, which is unaffected,
you can view up to 3 P&F charts at once - You can also
click on any chart to draw an 'eighth retracement' to estimate
likely targets etc
Other
data: Current gainers, losers, movers by volume for Amex,
NYSE, Nasdaq and Options are displayed in a 'top 10' chart,
